  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note that certain items, such as jewelry, accessories, holiday items, undergarments and sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
